carbonpaid isn’t run by self-righteous warriors or crusaders on a mission to save the world. We’re just normal people with an unshakeable belief that global warming hasn’t yet reached the point of no return.

So what are we going to do about it? Simple. We’ll try to alert people to the problem and get them to join forces so that together we can make a significant impact.

The premise is simple: it’s hard for individuals to feel powerful or to negotiate great deals with multinationals. But united we can raise enough money to gain a lot of clout – and buying power – with the world’s biggest carbon credit trading companies. And empower ourselves to change the world. Our aim is to help stall further climate change by supporting projects designed to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. And to let everyone know that together we can do things we couldn’t do alone.

Or, if you’re short of time or buying a present, you can opt for one of our great green packages. They’re both good ways of compensating for the carbon footprint you make.
